the room was big, with three beds. it smelled good and felt peaceful too. i appreciated the housekeeping.
The gym seemed bad. some equipment was broken. I saw a limited selection of equipment.

the breakfast had multiple options and it tasted very good. the pool area was also good. its location is only five minutes from the metro station.
the receptionist did not show an understanding of hospitality. i felt that he was rude and unhelpful. the rooms are very old and they smelled terrible! though, the bedding also had a bad odor.

Really good Stay Experience

The location was convenient with the Mashreq subway station reopening near the end of my stay. The bathroom featured a spacious design. The staff assisted with anniversary decorations. The hotel staff was very good, especially Ella and April!
I found that some of the hotel's facilities were showing their age, requiring some updates.

The swimming pool area was very clean and well maintained. Kids enjoyed it VERY MUCH!!! The rooftop offered nice shisha with views of Burj Al Arab, especially beautiful during sunrise or late evening.

The reception staff was friendly from check-in to check-out. Daily housekeeping provided proper cleaning. Staff consistently had smiles and were ready to assist. Complimentary upgrade upon arrival, a nice touch.
